How Shipping Stone Works
The quality of the packing is vital! At StoneBella we do not “hire out” the packing of our products, we pack everything ourselves in our warehouse.
Our packing technique was developed by a design laboratory of a professional packing company that has been in the packing business since 1960! It is time tested with hundreds of successful shipments. We use a full “Foam Lined Crate” packing system and all of our crates are sealed with 100% plywood (no slat crates for forklifts to poke through).
Our crates are fitted with ‘Shock Watch’ safety indicators, and we provide detailed instructions on how to receive a shipment.
Where do you ship to?
Our warehouse is located in California and we have shipped to every state in the USA, with a large percentage of our customer base in the Eastern United States as well as export shipments.
If you’re local to California please get in touch about having us deliver your order to you ourselves! We have travelled across the country to personally install mantles before as well, so don’t hesitate with any shipping and installation requests.
