Modern Cast Stone Mantels

Cast stone is a type of precast concrete designed to simulate different types of natural cut stone. The concrete mixture is poured into molds and left to harden.

While both are excellent options for a high quality fire place, cast stone offers a more customizable approach. With the molds you are able to design your very own design, and the cast stone can be stained, as well as have textures added.

StoneBella has developed a proprietary cast mixture that is very different than other products on the market. It is very hard (high p.s.i.) and specifically designed to resist heat and cracking.  Many cast mixtures in the marketplace are a soft concrete mixture, or a type of gypsum that breaks and chips easily.
